ABOUT 101 EAST SILVER SPRINGS BLVD

The iconic 101 Building, comprised of four floors with a total of 20,000 square feet, is one of the most prominent buildings in the heart of historic Downtown Ocala. The historic Downtown Square is surrounded by eclectic shops, excellent restaurants, and is the site of many festivals and special events. Located on the corner of State Road 40 (East Silver Springs Blvd) and N.E. 1st Avenue, the building is highly visible and accessible from multiple directions, with 35,000 cars passing the location daily. A brand new Hilton Garden Inn is located directly across from the 101 Building with a new major residential development planned just one block away. The 101 Building is anchored by 4th floor tenant Kimley Horne. Kimley Horn is a full scale civil engineering firm employing hundreds of employees throughout Florida with 40 employees at this Regional Kimley Horn Office. On the first floor of the building is Katya Vineyard, a popular wine tasting room and restaurant. There are also various professional services on the second and third floors. Currently available on the first floor of the building are prime retail/restaurant spaces, directly across from the Hilton Garden Inn. Castro Properties’ 101 Building was recently renovated by a design team lead by architect Bernard Austin, AIA.
